Ho alloggiato 5 giorni (dal 24 al 29 settembre 2024) ,io e il mio gruppo di trekking, presso questa struttura che, sarebbe bella se non fosse che non ha x niente manutenzione, è fatiscente e cadente. Il mio letto aveva delle molle che facevano male al corpo, super scomodissimo! L'ultima notte si è rotta una tubatura nella camera di una persona del nostro gruppo che ha passato la notte ad asciugare acqua e a cercare di tamponare il guaio, con relativa chiusura acqua centrale, tant'è che stamattina acqua non ce n'era x nessuno!

The room was very spacious and clean. The views are really beautiful. Everyone in the studios is very welcoming and friendly and helped us with tips about the island. The breakfast changed every day and it was delicious and abundant. Great stay!

Seva Studio is a very simple but charmatic bed & breakfast :) with a very nice view! Antonis and his family are very welcoming and always helpful - hard workers - picked us up at the port when we arrived and even brought our luggage to the ferry when we had to leave. Breakfast is fresh and handmade everymorning :) - air condition was fully functional and a bless ;) -Perfect location to visit the Island !This place has some real vibe .. it is not a fancy palace, some forniture are little dated but i personally appreciate an'original stile rather than a fake elegancy ... Sevas is for simple people that enjoy the eeasyness of the island!Totally racommanded:)

Sehr, sehr nette Gastgeber. Leckerer Toast zum Frühstück und sehr sauberes Zimmer. 5 bis Minuten Fußweg vom Hafen. Absolut empfehlenswert!

Bij aankomst in de haven stond Antonis me alvast op te wachten met de auto. Daar was ik al heel dankbaar om want zo hoefde ik zelf niet te zoeken bij gebrek aan taxi's op Tilos. Het hotel ligt aan de rand van Livadia, het levendigste dorpje van het eiland, niet ver van het strand, vlakbij de bushalte.Elke ochtend kon je gaan ontbijten tussen 8 en 10 u. Wat een geweldige service! Je kon alle dagen kiezen uit de lekkerste dingen: croissant, pannenkoek, brood, gebakken of gekookte eitjes, koffie, thee... en altijd een eigenbereid gebak van Seva en heerlijk dikke Griekse yoghurt met huisgemaakte compote van druiven! Zalig! Er werd veel aandacht besteed aan het ontbijt en het was zalig om zo bediend te worden!Bij aankomst kon ik meteen flessen water kopen zodat ik er zelf niet meer mee hoefde te sleuren. Beneden, op wandelafstand, liggen er enkele supermarktjes met een goed aanbod. Maar de weg terug naar het hotel is stijl naar boven. Dat was dan ook voor mij het enige minpuntje, sinds mijn enkel niet meer optimaal functioneert na een ongeval.De kamer was ruim en de Wifi werkte goed genoeg om mijn job te kunnen doen.Alle balkons kijken uit op de zee.Een lieve familie die erg haar best doet de gasten het naar de zin te maken!Antonis bracht me zelfs terug naar de haven met mijn bagage! :-D

Super accueil du propriétaire, qui est réactif et fait tout pour satisfaire le client. Il vient même vous chercher à la descente du ferry et pour le retour, il garde les valises et vous les déposent au port. L'appartement vue sur mer est très chouette, avec une belle vue. Le studio a tout ce qu'il fait pour passer un bon séjour, et c'est très calme.Le petit-déjeuner est très bon.Bref, un super endroit que je recommande, avec un rapport qualité-prix imbattable. On serait bien restés plus longtemps

This is a very convenient place. We came back here (the fist time it was 2 years ago) because we had food the place excellent and worth for money (very much so!). The owner Antonis is kind and available... We had a problem with the lights in the (double! wow!) terrace, and he solved it... The studios are in general large, very well equipped and super-cleaned... The breakfast is abundant and you can have a number of different plates made on the spot...

В порту нас встретили с табличкой, это было неожиданно, но приятно! Номер большой, терраса - огонь, вид супер. Кухня, туалет так себе, просто, без фантазии. Но из за террасы всё простительно. Находится минут 5 пешком от порта.

Pokoje są proste, ale czyste i bardzo wygodne, niczego w nich nie brakuje. Śniadania są bardzo obfite, nawet dla osób niejedzących mięsa (coś na słono i na słodko). Pan Antoni i jego rodzina są bardzo pomocni i można na nich liczyć w każdej sprawie. Lokalizacja też całkiem dobra - zaraz obok rozpoczyna się kilka szlaków (m.in. do Lethra beach czy do Stavros). Cena rewelacyjna, polecam gorąco!

For this price, the accommodation is exceptional. The location is fantastic (a short walk from the town), the WiFi was super speedy (so I could get some work done), the breakfast was sufficient, and the room was generally clean and well appointed. I think it's exceptional value. I would highly recommend staying here.
