Was met at the ferry terminal by the owner who drove a couple of minutes up the hill to the property. Room was spacious with a double balcony. Great sea view. Only 5 minute walk to the centre for a good selection of bars and restaurants. Breakfast was good and included in the price. The local bus stopped right outside the property, which was very convenient.

Antonio molto disponibile, ci è venuto a prendere al porto e ci ha riportato quando siamo partiti. Bella terrazza con tavolino e stendino personali, posizione tranquilla a minuti a piedi dal porto e ottima colazione. Molto pulita. Ottimo wifi.

Antonio è super carino e ci ha trattato benissimo, con colazioni sempre ottime, ricche e sostanziose per darci tutta l'energia necessaria ai giri nella bellissima Tilos!

This is a very convenient place. We came back here (the fist time it was 2 years ago) because we had food the place excellent and worth for money (very much so!). The owner Antonis is kind and available... We had a problem with the lights in the (double! wow!) terrace, and he solved it... The studios are in general large, very well equipped and super-cleaned... The breakfast is abundant and you can have a number of different plates made on the spot...

The hosts, the free breakfast, the space of the room and balcony with sea view, being picked up & dropped off at the ferry, meeting other guests at breakfast & they did a load of washing for us and hung it on the laundry horse outside our room! Just amazing service.

Bij aankomst in de haven stond Antonis me alvast op te wachten met de auto. Daar was ik al heel dankbaar om want zo hoefde ik zelf niet te zoeken bij gebrek aan taxi's op Tilos. Het hotel ligt aan de rand van Livadia, het levendigste dorpje van het eiland, niet ver van het strand, vlakbij de bushalte.
Elke ochtend kon je gaan ontbijten tussen 8 en 10 u. Wat een geweldige service! Je kon alle dagen kiezen uit de lekkerste dingen: croissant, pannenkoek, brood, gebakken of gekookte eitjes, koffie, thee... en altijd een eigenbereid gebak van Seva en heerlijk dikke Griekse yoghurt met huisgemaakte compote van druiven! Zalig! Er werd veel aandacht besteed aan het ontbijt en het was zalig om zo bediend te worden!
Bij aankomst kon ik meteen flessen water kopen zodat ik er zelf niet meer mee hoefde te sleuren. Beneden, op wandelafstand, liggen er enkele supermarktjes met een goed aanbod. Maar de weg terug naar het hotel is stijl naar boven. Dat was dan ook voor mij het enige minpuntje, sinds mijn enkel niet meer optimaal functioneert na een ongeval.
De kamer was ruim en de Wifi werkte goed genoeg om mijn job te kunnen doen.
Alle balkons kijken uit op de zee.
Een lieve familie die erg haar best doet de gasten het naar de zin te maken!
Antonis bracht me zelfs terug naar de haven met mijn bagage! :-D

Superb brkfst + tony&his wife, mum + dad were pleasent companions, thats the reason why we came back to this accomodation. Thank You all! And thank you for remember, that I like extra bread.

Die Aussicht ist ein Traum. Das Frühstück war sehr lecker. Wir bekamen selbstgemachte Kuchen, das Omelett war war superlecker und noch Brot mit Marmelade, Yughurt mit eingelegten Weintrauben. Frisch gepressten Orangensaft gab es auch. Die Insel ist mit einem Bus und zu Fuß super zu erkunden. Die Ausstattung der Studios hat seinen eigenen Charme.

La simpatia e la disponibilità di Antonios e di tutta la sua famiglia. La colazione super ricca con dolci sorprese. La struuttura è comoda, le stanze ampie e dotate di tutto quello che serve, se ami la semplicità. Quasi tutte le stanze hanno una splendida vista mare e anche uno o più balconi. La struttura è sulla collina affacciata sul lugo mare di Livadia. Soggiorno sereno e tranquillo. La colazione è il punto di forza.

L’hôte est venu nous chercher au port à 8 heures du matin et l’appartement était disponible. Cela a été super sympa de pouvoir s’installer tout de suite.

Grande terrasse avec une belle vue sur la montagne, la mer.

Eigenaar was erg behulpzaam, haalde ons op bij de haven en regelde zelfs een huurauto voor ons, terwijl dit normaal niet mogelijk was in deze periode. Zijn moeder deed alles om het ons naar de zin te maken en maakte geweldige ontbijten.

Pokój duży, przestronny, z własnym tarasem i pięknym widokiem na zatokę. Urządzony skromnie w podstawowe sprzęty i jednocześnie bardzo czysty! Klimatyzacja bardzo cicha, nowoczesna + wiatrak też bardzo cichy, nawet w upalne nocne można było komfortowo się wyspać. Materace i poduszki bardzo wygodne. Mocne wifi. Blisko do centrum miasteczka gdzie były tawerny, kafeniony i sklepiki oraz przystanek autobusowy. Bardzo cicha okolica. W nocy podziwialiśmy Drogę Mleczną która bardzo dobrze była widoczna. Z przyjemnością tam wrócimy bo to były piękne wyspiarskie wakacje.

Seva Studio is a very simple but charmatic bed & breakfast :) with a very nice view! Antonis and his family are very welcoming and always helpful - hard workers - picked us up at the port when we arrived and even brought our luggage to the ferry when we had to leave. Breakfast is fresh and handmade everymorning :) - air condition was fully functional and a bless ;) -
Perfect location to visit the Island !
This place has some real vibe .. it is not a fancy palace, some forniture are little dated but i personally appreciate an'original stile rather than a fake elegancy ... Sevas is for simple people that enjoy the eeasyness of the island!

Very nice apartments, owned by a very nice and friendly family. the apartments are just a little walk up the hill, which is good because of the view and the location is just perfect. Great breakfast in the morning and again just the most friendly and helpful owners! A wonderful stay.

Super accueil du propriétaire, qui est réactif et fait tout pour satisfaire le client. Il vient même vous chercher à la descente du ferry et pour le retour, il garde les valises et vous les déposent au port. L'appartement vue sur mer est très chouette, avec une belle vue. Le studio a tout ce qu'il fait pour passer un bon séjour, et c'est très calme.
Le petit-déjeuner est très bon.
Bref, un super endroit que je recommande, avec un rapport qualité-prix imbattable. On serait bien restés plus longtemps

Très bon accueil d'Antonis qui propose de venir vous chercher au port à votre arrivée.
Accueil très souriant également de sa femme et du personnel qui servent un excellent petit-déjeuner complet avec quelques changements chaque jour : fruits frais, yaourt grec aux griottes ou au coing confit...Convient plutôt aux becs sucrés.
Très belle adresse à un prix imbattable. Personnel affable. Appartement spacieux et bien équipé avec
une vue imprenable sur la baie de Tilos.

The apartment was amazing! Nice and bright, with a lovely sea view and a huge terrace.
Both of us were able to work comfortably with the wifi and the breakfast was incredible. I am so glad we chose Sevas studios, it was the best value for money I have found in Greece in years.

lWe were collected from the ferry unexpectedly by the host which was very much appreciated. The room was spacious and clean, and the freshly made breakfast was delicious.

Pokoje są proste, ale czyste i bardzo wygodne, niczego w nich nie brakuje. Śniadania są bardzo obfite, nawet dla osób niejedzących mięsa (coś na słono i na słodko). Pan Antoni i jego rodzina są bardzo pomocni i można na nich liczyć w każdej sprawie. Lokalizacja też całkiem dobra - zaraz obok rozpoczyna się kilka szlaków (m.in. do Lethra beach czy do Stavros). Cena rewelacyjna, polecam gorąco!

Sehr, sehr nette Gastgeber. Leckerer Toast zum Frühstück und sehr sauberes Zimmer. 5 bis Minuten Fußweg vom Hafen. Absolut empfehlenswert!

The room was very spacious and clean. The views are really beautiful. Everyone in the studios is very welcoming and friendly and helped us with tips about the island. The breakfast changed every day and it was delicious and abundant. Great stay!

For this price, the accommodation is exceptional. The location is fantastic (a short walk from the town), the WiFi was super speedy (so I could get some work done), the breakfast was sufficient, and the room was generally clean and well appointed. I think it's exceptional value. I would highly recommend staying here.

В порту нас встретили с табличкой, это было неожиданно, но приятно! Номер большой, терраса - огонь, вид супер. Кухня, туалет так себе, просто, без фантазии. Но из за террасы всё простительно. Находится минут 5 пешком от порта.

Very generous hosts. They let me choose and change to whatever room I prefer, and stay for extra 14 hours in my room for free because my ferry was delayed.
